Rail Stop Western Arts is a custom metal art studio based in Tonto Basin, Arizona, handcrafting detailed plasma-cut and laser-engraved pieces right here in small-town USA. Using a PlasmaCam CNC plasma cutting table and advanced 3D printing technology, we design and fabricate one-of-a-kind wall art, personalized monograms, business signage, decorative magnets, and custom metalwork for homes, ranches, businesses, and riders across the country.

Every piece starts with your idea. Whether you sketch it on a napkin, describe it over the phone, or send a finished CAD file, we work with you from concept to completion. We cut steel, aluminum, copper, and stainless steel up to half an inch thick, and our finishing options range from bare metal and hand-torched heat treatments to powder coating and acrylic lacquers/enamels — each one chosen to make your piece look exactly the way you envisioned it.

Our western-themed collection draws on the spirit of the American Southwest — longhorns, skulls, wildlife, ranch brands, and wide-open landscapes cut with razor-sharp precision into 16-gauge steel. Our biker and motorcycle collection celebrates life on the road with Harley-inspired designs, wing art, custom shields, and rider culture pieces that look right at home in a garage, clubhouse, or man cave.

Monograms are one of our most popular specialties. We craft personalized letter designs in multiple styles and sizes up to 4 feet tall, making them a standout statement piece for a front gate, living room wall, or entry hall. We also create decorative magnets, dimensional parts, and small accent pieces that make unique, affordable gifts.

Turnaround is fast. Most in-stock orders ship within 24 to 48 hours. Custom orders are typically completed within 5 to 7 business days, with same-day expedited options available when time is tight. We offer quantity discounts for orders of 10 or more and gladly work with nonprofits and small organizations to make custom metalwork fit any budget.
